Supporting RDA with a streamlined, but comprehensive website
We partnered with Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) to help them restructure their website and plan a smooth content migration to a newly built platform. Working closely with RDA’s teams, we focused on creating a clear, accessible structure that truly reflected the vital support they provide across their national network.

Our goal was to make it easier for both long-standing members and people new to RDA to find the information they need. By simplifying navigation, refining content, and aligning the site’s structure with RDA’s mission, we helped build a website structure that feels supportive, easy to use, and representative of their incredible community work.

Upon launch, we'd created digital space that brings clarity, confidence, and connection to everyone involved in the RDA network.
Lisa Davies, Head of Communication RDA UK had to say about our work:
"My RDA is the online knowledge hub for our 450 Groups, providing essential information and support for our 13,700 volunteers.
After developing a new user-centric and accessible site with an agency partner, we identified the need for additional support
to enhance our digital capability and improve our content development aligned to user journeys.
From the start, Ella took the time to understand our unique needs. Her expertise in digital systems, complex structures, and user-centered design was invaluable. Ella’s approach simplified complex concepts, coaching our teams on how to prioritize user needs and journeys. She developed a streamlined process to organize our content in an intuitive way and provided us with practical tools and frameworks for ongoing use. Ella was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to elevate their digital capabilities."
